Ken Charlton, owner and operator of K & C Charlton Construction Inc. began his career in the construction industry in 1983. Initially, Ken worked alongside the trades and eventually turned his expertise into general contracting and project management. With the skills, knowledge, and experience under his belt, Ken started his construction company, K & C Charlton Construction Inc., in 2003.

K & C Charlton Construction has worked on a variety of construction projects ranging from small renovations to custom homes. We provide the same attention to detail to all our projects. We love our job and there is no greater satisfaction than a customer who is happy with our work! We are very proud of the fact that many of our projects today are from repeat customers or referrals.
The lessons learned in the early years are the cornerstone of how we build today. We recognize that successful construction involves collaboration. With this knowledge, our company is committed towards building strong partnerships among our clients, consultants, trades, employees, and the communities in which we work. Ken brings a network of established partnerships to the table including trades, architects, engineers, landscapers, mill workers, and cabinet makers.
Based on our long-standing experience and knowledge in the construction industry we know that the most important step is in the pre-planning. Pre-planning can include pre-construction services like architectural design, interior design, engineering, zoning and permits, choosing the fixtures, finishes, budgeting, etc.
